Where are the cooks?
Having seen that nobody cooks anymore cos last entry was November, here I go. Split marinated chicken from wooleys in skillet with lid add peeled spuds and throw lid on cook for 45mins yum yum. Also I cook sausages, chops and steak. Throw on BBQ when cooked remove and eat. There you go I have started up this site!!!!!!!!!! Ladies what do you cook or is this only a male domain oops is that sexist , sorry!!!!!!!!

Re: Slow site
We cook on the BBQ a lot of things in alfoil. Vegies like potatoes, corn, sweet potato, pumpkin. We do fish, prawns and chicken as well as a boned roast. Here is a link with a few ideas. http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes-and- ... age-2.html

Re: Slow site
Speeking of skillet pans, we get chicken breast fillets and marinate them in black bean and garlic sause or plum sauce for a bit, pop em in the skillet and cook em half hour or so with the lid on it comes out so tener and moist and totally yummy. One of our fave when in the caravan.
