We cook on the BBQ a lot of things in alfoil. Vegies like potatoes, corn, sweet potato, pumpkin.
We do fish, prawns and chicken as well as a boned roast.

Here is a link with a few ideas.

Speeking of skillet pans, we get chicken breast fillets and marinate them in black bean and garlic sause or plum sauce for a bit, pop em in the skillet and cook em half hour or so with the lid on it comes out so tener and moist and totally yummy. One of our fave when in the caravan.

We got one of those baby Q's which i branded as useless until I discovered Marinated chicken wings @ $2.00 a kilo thrown in at 200deg and not touched again for 110 min.
Remove and eat! couldn't be cheaper or easier!lol
