Easy satay noodles
Serves 2
500g Frozen Asian Vegetables (Birdseye Chinese)
Hokkien Nooodles for 2
1 tblspn Soy Sauce
2 tblspn Crunchy Peanut butter
1/4 cup to 1/2 cup sweet chilli sauce (Depends on taste)

Combine soy, peanut butter and chilli sauce. Cook vegies or Microwave as per packet. Soak noodles as per packet. Add to vegies with sauce and reheat.... :razz:

Lunch for today.

2 cobs of corn, wrapped in a paper towel, cooked in the microwave for 4 minutes and spread with marge.
Enjoy.
(10 cobs at the local fruit market in Figtree NSW. for 2 dollars)

Dinner.

Baked potatoes in the oven and meat balls.

a good idea

have done egg in hole for years ( spread bread with tomato sauce and cut a hole in the bread )

similar to your idea

I can't suggest any brands, but have you thought about a microwave-convection oven. You get 2 in 1.

We have had two Turbo ovens for over 5 years; one for the van and the other stays in the house.
We wouldn't be without them. Everything from cakes, scones etc to meat loafs and fish are done in them both on the road and at home. There are times when the oven at home is too big and expensive to run.

Our first choice was a convection microwave oven - far too heavy (and expensive) when we did the research before the van build.
