Some travellers divide the tasks up into Pink jobs and Blue jobs, and I say emptying the loo has got to be Blue

Hi Mally,
Good idea, if your toilet has a flush tank, mine doesn't.

Re: Make Emptying The Toilet Cassette a Little More Pleasant
For our van emptying the cassette is normally my job, though he does it occasionally too. We also share hooking up the van and setting up all the normal outside stuff as well as the inside stuff. Because he has problem knees anything that requires getting down really low is usually my job, and that has included getting under the car to look at something at times.

I use Thetford chemicals and have never found the job unpleasant.

Good one Hans . I was queued behind a bloke in Darwin emptying his toilet waiting to discharge mine . I know exactly how that poor woman felt .I have never smelt anything so foul in my life. Mick

Re: Make Emptying The Toilet Cassette a Little More Pleasant
The only time I ever found it unpleasant was when we were using Thetford chemicals, they made it smell like a very nasty public loo. Using laundry soaker the smell is not too bad.
