Hi Al and Lou,
It was great being able to use a Forum recipe for the cooking segment! The irony is that although the recipe was for a really quick dessert - 5 or 6 minutes, depending on the microwave! - it took around two hours to film. You wouldn't believe the different angles and processes involved... it's quite a feat to fit me, a cameraman, a tripod and video camera in the van!
Nice dessert though... and so quick...
