Pouchie and Freedom Lover: these are great tips/recipes. We're collecting them avidly.
And we've tried the 5 minute choc cake in the mug, Cruiser100s... incredibly easy!
I had to bring a new mug into the van (my existing ones were smallish). The only one I could get wasn't all that big, but it still worked!

Joy, I love the sound of that carrot cake. Will definitely try that one out. Anything easy is fab!
Those scones sound pretty foolproof too.
Cheers

Hi Rob and marg

You are doing an excellent job on the DVDs and Mags. Keep up the good work. If you decide you have had enough of travelling (ha ha) then I would gladly take over your job!

Don't have any recipes as yet.. Best wishes Vera and Wyn

Post Al and Lou's Famous Golden Syrup Pudding
Hi Al and Lou,

Just thought I'd let you know that we filmed a cooking segment a couple of days ago featuring your 6-minute Golden Syrup Pudding!

We had it with banana custard and very nice it was, too. Rob was out on a fishing charter and was lucky to find a teeny slice when he got back. (What can I say: the crew was hungry...)

Good job it only takes 5 minutes, so was easy to whip up another one!

BTW, I put my microwave on 60% power (for medium) and tested it first with 5 minutes, not 6... and that turned out to be plenty.

I've got so many great recipes to try from this forum that I'll be kept busy for a year!

Cheers
Marg :-)

Hi Marg,
Thanks for that. We are so glad you liked it. Did Rob catch a fish this time on his fishing charter?
Cheers

Al & Lou,
You will be glad that I caught several fish - the biggest a spanish mackerel. Unfortunately it went back, but it has been captured on film, so it could turn up on one of the future DVD's.
Cheers
Rob
