I have to agree about the constant emails and phone calls re renewing subscription when you still have over 12 months left. Phone was rudely slammed down a couple of weeks ago when I suggested that I would wait for a while, I was told that this offer would not be repeated and because I showed no interest I got hung up on. Makes me think whether I should renew when to the time comes.
