OT,
 What is the chance of the failures being caused by all the "stuff" we have been posting over the years.
Could the server be full or just full of "bull sh*t"?

I gotta tell ya..
I am sick and tired of the fact that this forum site is off air so many times.
They want us to partake in the forum and yet they can not provide us with the where for all to be able to do so.
Seriously .....thinking that I should just give this forum the flick and stick to Grey Nomads and other forums that appear to be much more professional in looking after their members.
I know that at the end of the day, it is my choice. I enjoy this forum, and the info I pick up.
Mr Admin. please get your act together and give us the service we deserve.

I think forum may be controlled by English test team!!!!! But seriously it is getting a bit tedious. I thought it was me again but didn't use it this time. Perhaps their system is not big enough to cope with all our help, suggestions, tantrum's, ego's and jolly good friendship and humour. I love this forum so please fix it.
Just like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New year before it crashes again!!!!!!!

Glannie... can't subscribe to the full of BS theory unless you are also a member of 4WDaction and the other 3 or 4 Express sites that go down at the same time

Maybe it is MH injecting too many WA mining dust soaked posts on Sundays

Given the constantly recurring failures/time to load the candm site or forum it appears obvious that the forum is a low priority for the candm staff.

Now feeling a tad embarassed as I told about 8 new travellers about this site and the magazine on the weekend.

G'day MH,

I have been out most of the day. The forum was working fine today from 0630 EST till around 1030. Then at around 1040 it failed for me. Also the usual group of Express Media sites were also down.

I did not return home till 1730 and then found all was OK. I have no personal idea how long the sites were down between 1040 till 1730 but honestly expected them to stay down until business hours tomorrow. Reading some posts indicate a down time of around 2 hours if the post times are accurate.

Yes for me as well . Could not get on at one stage this morning. I have come to expect it.
Once it mattered now just go and have a look else where. :)
