Al, when the Fraud man calls back.... ask him what is wrong with their 'admin system' that such an error could exist and exactly what action are they now immediately taking to prevent further similar 'admin system' blunders? Also, ask are they familiar with the expression 'quality assurance'?

1997 festiva ??? 13yr old !!!! would have been lost in the archives & most would have been done by now. Was working as a mechanic in a Ford dealership back then & did all the ones we sold, as being a country dealer they were easier to chase up. And Ford send out leters to the owner when these campains come up & if the owners choose to ignore them then what!!! Usualy if a vehicle comes into a dealer for work recalls usualy come up when the VIN & SIDO No is put in the computer. Not realy sticking up for Fords as I as a Mechanic have certainly had heated discutions with Ford. Daryl

Windsor caravan issue 2008 - gas problem Fascinating stuff. When I checked through the ACCC website I found this one relating to Windsor caravans and put out in 2008, but still very relevant because of the danger.
