Hi all. I will add my two bobs worth,always peg out the awning no matter what when deploying the awning.Have seen a few blown out so you have to make a judgment on wind strength and if is going to get worse.Use an angle iron type peg. I will always try and offer advice if i think they maybe novices or just arrive and mite note no of the local weather patterns in the area if you are familure with the place your at Don't normally get the f off but i'am a bit of a hava chat so have a good approach manner developed over a while.
