Hi Keddy,
We'll soon know... only 2 weeks to wait. Will get back to you (and everyone else) once we've lived in it for a few days...

Hi Marg & Rob,

Thanks for posting the extra photos, your van has turned out beautifully.

We were just wondering what the ATM ended up being with your modifications etc.

We are on holidays in November and will have the time to have a good look at them then.

Only asking because we checked out a 2nd hand Aussie Wide today (only 18 months old and we love it) BUT it is 23 ft and has a ATM of 3300 which is starting to get a little heavy ... I am feeling kind of sad about it too because it surely is one classy van !!

Thanks, Lisa

Hello Lisa,

The ATM stamped on the plate is 2860kg. Tare of 2460kg.
We are looking around for a Landcruiser to tow it - although our current 3ltr TD Navara just sneaks in legally to do the job, over the longer haul a vehicle with a bit more grunt is preffered.
If you are down in the Illawarra in November get in touch, you are welcome to come & give the van the "once over"
Cheers
Rob & Marg

Hi Minnette,
The layout on the Northstar website is actually the very first one that Ian was playing around with... it's similar to the final layout, but not quite it!
We're off for our first trip a week from tomorrow... woo hoo!

And I bet you had the perfect spot picked out didn't you Tess.
You'll have to give Craig lots of smiles and "special' cuddles and you never know you might just get it:D :D :D
