Flexi or Spirit?
I was just wondering what are your recommendations rergarding the options when choosing. Flexi sure costs more, but is it worth the extra. I am taking the van. Kel

He’s talking about the types of fares on the Spirit of Tasmania. A bit more thought put into posts might help people help others. Not everyone has a crystal ball like me. Tallahassee or Houston? PS: No offence meant to the OP. Just the way I post.

Re: Flexi or Spirit?
Without knowing the difference in the fare prices, I suppose the decision should be made on how rigid/flexible your tour return date is. I know of a couple we met at a local campground who were from Stradbroke Island. They loved where they were and wanted to stay until after Easter but were booked in for return in early March. The prospect of a fare change charge of $500 was enough motivation not to alter the plans. The Spirit is also moving a lot more cargo than previous years and the availability of space doesn’t exist like it used to. This can sometimes mean a lengthy wait for a suitable date to accomodate. cheers Jdog
