Re: Yellow velcro band or ribbon - LIST
Most have name(s) and UHF chanel on the van. What about a sign or signs/sticker for front and rear of van. Something like "C & M Forum Member" or maybe with forum tag??? Not trying to steal this idea or post, just an idea.

Good point Rainy. We are waiting on our new van, and not to sure about sticking anything on. When in a van park a small sign could be displayed? Have seen some with occupants name etc. I think some caravan clubs may do something like that.

Rosco,
I think Mist and Ruffy backed off a bit when the Forum was going through a hiss and spit stage a while back.
More's the pity as they were both good value.
Ruffy and myself keep in touch off Forum.
Take it easy.

longing to go wrote: I have been pondering that too. Thought maybe on the back but then no one will see it if we a parked in CP Barb Hi Barb, a lot of us have yellow map stickers front and back of van, some have the small one on the windscreenof the tug too. Easy to spot. No flapping wet ribbon or dye running down the paintwork when it's wet either. Evan have a small yellow flag to hang off the awning when parked.

Re: Yellow velcro band or ribbon - LIST
Hi all, We have our yellow ribbons on the bull bar & the van, along with a pair of Lances maps, we have traveled from Berri in SA to Rockhampton in the last 2 weeks, didn't see any ribbons or maps, although I did see a van in the Berri caravan park while walking past & went in & made contact. We will be heading west from here next week. Cheers Ian kayenian.

Re: Yellow velcro band or ribbon - LIST
Hi all. We're off at the end of the month. 1st of October we're on the Spirit. Along the Great Ocean Road, up to Mount Gambia, then into Adelaide, and up to Whyalla. If time is permitting, we will be travelling home via Mildura, back to Melbourne. We got our stickers made up. This is how we had them made. A map of Tassie Yellow Ribbon Club
