 Millard what year ? Hi all , I need help with identifying the approximate year of this old millard . I have replaced the drawbar as the origional had rusted away ,so there was no I.D plate or chassis numbers .

Re: Millard what year ? Looks to me to be mid 70's to mid 80's, design didn't change much in that time frame, compliance plates came in, n the mid 80's (86 I think) so it is before then, the inside did change a little in the 10 years so a couple of inside pictures would help also.

Frank Frank, try turning the 6 upside-down. The year was more like 89.

Your van would be somewhere between 1974 and 1977 build. If I was pressed I would say 1976.
from my memory the brown stripes/paint was in vouge back then.

Why not contact the Millard factory at Ingleburn NSW. Probably because the current Millard manufacturer has little in common with the previous one. Millard were taken over by Viscount in the 80s. Viscount went bust a couple of times and folded in the early 90s. There was a long period before the brand was resurrected. I'm not even sure that the current mob are the ones who resurrected the name.
