You can order all the parts to do the swapover (mounts, adaptors etc) off the shelf, and buy a crate motor. You'll know how to fix it if it goes wrong!

Otherewise in Adelaide I'd send you off to see Altrac 4WD. I don't know anyone in Sydney to recommend.
