Hello moderators,
What is the protocol for exposing shoddy caravan builders and posting photographs of the defects and the appalling standard of repair to our brand new caravan? This is an issue that has been festering since we took delivery on 23rd June 2006. Out of a total of 69 days since we took delivery we have actually had possession of it for 26 days! The dealer and the van builders, have had it for the rest of that time, attempting to rectify major leaking and numerous defects, and still stuffed it up! We picked it up today and are absolutely shattered at the way it has been returned to us. We had previously cancelled two previous lots of holidays over this "lemon" and now look like cancelling another one.

Why is it that we CANNOT name these caravans/dealers. Surely thats what a forum is all about. I for one would like to see some names as it would guide me with my later decision

I would love to name this well known mob for there work

the so called experts cross wired the anderson plug on the car and un told damnage was done.,including burning of cicuit breakers and wiring.
this was all discovered when we stopped for a cuppa after being on the road for 2 hours
