Post Cooking a lasagne/meatloaf
Hi All,
Am just wondering how to cook a lasagne or meatloaf in the camp oven. Was thinking of those cheap aluminium trays you can get in the cheap shops and sitting that on a trivet or a couple of empty small tuna tins.
What do other's use?
Thanks in advance!

should be no problem to do lasagne/meat loaf in an aluminium tray, pop a trivet under the tray in the camp oven, watch your heat and should be fine. After all its only the heat that cooks!
:D you can cook everything in a camp oven, and it tastes yummy!

might be worth using a round baking pan such as a cake pan sized

to give say 20mm between pan and camp oven oven wall

I use a metal trivet , which you can pick up from a camping shop

I use the trivet when baking bread , no pan , ie a cobb style loaf

I also use heat beads using this chart

Also the COCIA web site is a beauty

Cheers!
