Tony, Beer has most of the food groups in it and scotch and rum seems to fill in the gaps. Sorry mate; bickies and cheese or dips, is always a good one other than peanuts and cashews. If you are wanting to cater for something special then look in a news-agency for a book. If you are writing an article for the mag, look in a news-agency for a book! glanyard

Hot dog roll cut into three...stuffed with "little boys"/ "cheerios" (cocktail franks). Very popular and especially with tomato, BBQ sauce or mustard on the side. Yum!! Simple easy ideas are always the best...

Re: Happy hour snacks
I do a lot of frozen stuff in the BBQ
Party pies and sausage rolls.
Dim sims, spring rolls and prawn toast with S&S sauce.
Potato wedges.
Mini pizza cut into fingers. (add salt to them)
Samosa.
All easy camping food, just open a bag or box, throw the food in the BBQ and the rest in the bin.

That's a lot for HH nibbles.....if I were to have ANY of those, I'd not eat dinner Rolex.

That's for the visitors. People that know me will know that I don't eat and drink, I do one or the other. Most nights I go to bed without dinner. Helps keep the weight down.
