 CRUSTLESS QUICHE CRUSTLESS QUICHE
1 Zucchini, 1 Carrot, 1 Onion, 1 Potato,other veg can be added if wanted ok
4 Eggs
1.5cups milk
1/2 C SR Flour
1C Grated cheese
Oil pan. Grate all the veggies into a bowl. Add all the other ingredients except 1/2 C cheese. Mix and pour into pan and top with remaining cheese. Cook for approx 35 minutes.
