Forum website update May 14
I just noticed the forum seems to be slowly changing from a butterfly to a caterpillar. Yes, I got that the correct way around It looks different but many standard menus seem missing. Example - New topics. Most menus display too LARGE as if the browser has been zoomed. Hopefully they are still working on it

Re: Morphing
Totally agree OT I think if side add was put at top instead of side would make a big difference As I do most things on my iPad it is far too spread out and needs to be condensed is a little Also cannot find the heading my topics

Must be an ex public servant in charge of the site with a "let's change things" attitude! I thought I was having a senior senior moment! Have they said what they are trying to achieve, if so where on the site map? glanyard

Re: Morphing
It's a dog's brekkie at the moment. If you got this far then that's a start. I have worked out some shortcuts to replace the missing menu items. The main Index... http://www.candm.com.au/forum/index.phpTo display new posts... http://www.candm.com.au/forum/search.ph ... d=newpostsTo display your own posts.... http://www.candm.com.au/forum/search.ph ... =egosearchIf there are more you want please name them. You can save all of the above in an email or text editor and just click on them to get into the forum.

Re: Forum website update May 14
Hi members. I am taking advantage of this thread begun by Old Techo (thank you) as some members have found their way here to discuss current issues. The forum is now hard to negotiate without the familiar headings.
Today the IT people commenced a website migration procedure. It appears to have run into some minor hitches but I have been assured by IT that full functionality will be restored within 24 hours. They apologise for this inconvenience and seek your patience. I am making a list of deficiencies for IT to resolve.
That is all I know for now and I will place any further updates here until the forum recovers enough missing features.
Cheers
PS. I have changed the thread title and made it sticky to remain at the top.
