Post Fair go Caravan and Motorhome magazine.
I have just blocked Caravan and Motorhome magazine from my emails, I am sick of getting bombarded by their emails, 3 or 4 every week trying to sell me more subscription is getting a bit much I think. It is either that or cancelling my subsription altogether.
If it was just one email every couple of weeks, that would be fine but I am over it.

Hank, did you try their 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of their emails?

No, I didnt OT but I have fixed the problem now. I dont mind getting one when my subsription is due or maybe a couple of times a year but 3 or every week is over the top.

Post Re: Fair go Caravan and Motorhome magazine.
Just had my third phone call in 3 weeks trying to get me to resubscribe when I have 9 issues remaining

I explained that I had just renewed the girl said "If you give me a chance to explain the cost of the magazine has gone up 60% but as you don't want to hear me GOODBYE" and slammed the phone down

This is the same story I was told a couple of months ago before I renewed.

Cand M must be getting desperate for subscribers or their call staff are working on a commission basis.
Whatever the answer their staff have a lot to learn about customer relations

I am taking OT's advice and unsubscribing from their emails which in the main appear to be requests for subscriptions

Safe travels

Yep I asked them to stop with the pitch even though I had like 14 months to go. easy to stop the emails but the main post mail didn't stop, and then up came the email again. I cancelled the sub and told them to remove me off all lists....It just gets too much...they think they are the only ones sending junk????

The last time they rang me the woman on the phone was also very rude I thought and pushy, lets see how they are in the future before I decide whether to renew or not.
