OT has probably already covered this one (portable cookers)
Here it is.
sorry it hasn't come out clear but this issue isn't on the web yet.
Here is a cut & paste.
Safety alert issued for portable butane cookers
Following another incident involving lunchbox style butane cookers, DNRM has expanded its safety advice, warning consumers against using cookers manufactured before July 2015.
The alert was issued after two explosions in Far North Queensland put four people in hospital in late February.
Consumers are being advised that if their portable butane gas 'lunchbox' cooker was manufactured before July 2015, they should stop using it and dispose of it. The date is printed on the compliance plate attached to the side or underneath the cooker.
The problem occurs when the cylinder heats the butane bottle, and the unit suddenly fails, causing a major explosion. The cookers use a butane gas canister that should eject when the canister overheats. Many models were recalled nationally in mid-2015 because the safety mechanism didn’t work. But safety warnings have now been expanded to apply to any cooker manufactured before July 2015 when manufacturing standards changed.
Approximately 1,000,000 of the cookers were believed to be in circulation Australia-wide. For example, thousands were delivered to Rockhampton after the January 2014 floods cut electricity supplies to households.

Re: Toyota
Interestingly, I just received a recall notice for my Lexus LX470 (100 series) regarding the side/roof air bag. My letter though, stated it needed a software reprogramming of the air bag computer.
