Just don't go under the bridge f you have a full van ... actually don't even go under the bridge if you have a pop top! :shock: 8-)

Oh yes there is and it has caught out a few caravanners etc. The bridge is on the South side of the free camp near the Balgal Beach turnoff. I can't remember the height of the bridge but a poptop will struggle to get under it.

Didn't see the Bridge when I was there. Sorry about that. What about a Pop-top Campervan, needing 2.1 clearance ?

Thanks fro that Chris ... thought I'd gone nuts and forgotten where the bridge is ... and I don't need anyone's help to go nuts! :rolleyes:

You don't have to go under the bridge but what sometimes happens is ppl turn off too early (about 200 metres before the actual turn-off) and see the bridge and think they can get under it. I can't remember the height of the bridge but basically if you see a bridge looming turn around, get back onto the Hwy, and continue further north a few hundred metres. As Chris has said, a few repairs are carreid out each year at T'ville due to ppl thinking they can get under the bridge.
