Here is a photo of our new 19'6 Concept van.
The photo was taken on its shake down cruise to Jurien Bay and Geraldton.

I'm insanely jealous, wrinkleys. My wife and I had a good look at these at the Melbourne show this year and were very impressed.

May you have many years of safe and happy travels.

Cheers...

I am very keen to hear how it went and are you happy with your new van, I have ordered the same van and pick it up in seven weeks. I am updating from a 16ft Roadstar Vacationer pop top and can not wait to hit the road

She looks like a real beauty. I bet you had a great time on the shakedown cruise.

Steve,
We are rapped in our purchase. I have added a few things (sullage hoses holder under the van, Sat dish arm on the back, external TV connection, external gas fitting for the camp stove and an extra water tank.) We just did a week trip to Monkey Mia from Mandurah and half the time I forgot the van was even there.
The better half reckons the bed is better than the one at home ( I could sleep on a barb wire fence) The only thing she would change is to replace the glass top on the stove to a cover to match the bench top.

Let us know when you get your new van and do your shake down cruise.

Bill & Nola

Great shot of your set up.How have you found the Mitsubishi ute to tow your new van. I own a Pajero running on gas pulling a 19.5 ft Roadstar dose a great job but I like the fact of the space with the ute on a long trip.

G'day Browne,
I'm sitting in Port Douglas right now after towing my 16ft Expanda here from Hobart with a Triton T/D Ute.
Average fuel consumption since we left home about 5 weeks ago is 14.9L/100Kms.
The new model of the ute is out now I think and it has a longer tray ,a more powerful engine and 3Tonne towing capacity.I hardly know the van is on the back. Had a laugh when a bloke in a troopy pulled out to pass me up a hill and only made it to the driver's door before giving up and pulling back in behind. So torque is not a problem!
He wasn't towing anything. ;)

If it was an old Troopy Im not surprised they couldnt pass wind.

Usually had thr 1 hz in them and not called a slug for nothing.

Dont try it with a new V8 one..

LOL
