I worry that mine is too low and heart rate too slow. Often when sitting about my systolic is barely above 100 and pulse rate high fifties to low sixties.
I have an Omron BP checker and use it every so often and……… yeah…… you guessed it….. punch the numbers into a spreadsheet
went to the GP this morning for a regular check-up and script and had a pulse of 39, so went to the specialist clinic and am currently fitted with a 24 hour monitor.
They said that a report goes to both the Cardiologist and to the GP.
probably should have asked them to send one to OT so that a spread-sheet could be produced.
However was told that as long as it isn’t consistently around 30, and had no ill effects, not to be concerned.
