Hi gcame
I agree that Adelaide shores has possibly more going for it than against
The reason that I did not mention Adelaide Shores is that if you are looking for a quiet time this park cane become very busy and for some the noise from the Airport could be a turn off
But should this not be a turn off yes the bus to Glenelg and then the tram to the city is a great way to get around
The other thing fellow travelers might wish to know is that I am more than happy to receive PM’s for info on the public transport system in Adelaide
regards

Re: Suggestions for Adelaide caravan parks
When in Adelaide we stay at Windsor Gardens.
It is only a small park so you must book.
Their rates were in the mid $20s last time there and the park is quiet and well kept.
There is a bus lane running at the back but not sure if there is a bus station close by.
There is a 9 hole public golf course out through the back gate if thats your thing.
Nice well kept park at a reasonable cost fairly close to Adelaide.
Jeff.
