Hi,
Does anyone have tried and tested shortbread biscuit recipe.
I am not completely happy with my current recipe. It’s ok but a bit too crumbly. ( is crumbly a word ?)
Current recipe : 250g unsalted butter ,1/2 cup caster sugar,1 tablespoon lemon rind, 2 1/4 cups plain flour
thanks
jill

Re: Shortbread Biscuits
G’day Jill,
My wife’s friend makes the best shortbread biscuits either of us ever had. However my wife has been unable to make them as good using that recipe.
The only difference I can think of is the oven
The first recipe here is the one used. The second one I can’t comment on.
