Icecream and honey

Perhaps for the first time I’ve initiated a post in Cook’s Corner?

I was looking at the forum whilst gobbling my dessert, thus prompting a post.

Not often I have ice-cream as a dessert but I did so tonight. Sometimes when I have ice-cream I feel the urge to run some honey over it. The runny honey quickly becomes quite firm and adds to the character of the dish.

My question is…. am I weird or do others sometimes have honey on their ice-cream :?:

Yes OT you are weird. But I also enjoy honey over my ice cream. Sometimes Golden Syrup. :shock:

Never tried honey on ice-cream but will try it.

I like to leave the ice-cream container open on the sink for about 15minutes before I dish the ice-cream out.
My favourites are mango and passion fruit syrup or strawberries with chocolate ice magic.

Are you weird having honey and ice-cream no, you are not pregnant are you?

Sounds good OT will try it as I love honey ice cream. I think when God made us he left a little extra stomach for ice cream to enjoy even if you are stuffed full.
PS is this ok for diabetics?????????

Hmmmmmn!! dont know if it’s O.K. or not for diabetics BUT looks like it may make you double up on things like posting on forums etc. :lol:

JR, you sure like some fancy brews of ice-cream…. and it needs to be runny :o :)
