Icecream and honey
Perhaps for the first time I’ve initiated a post in Cook’s Corner?
I was looking at the forum whilst gobbling my dessert, thus prompting a post.
Not often I have ice-cream as a dessert but I did so tonight. Sometimes when I have ice-cream I feel the urge to run some honey over it. The runny honey quickly becomes quite firm and adds to the character of the dish.
My question is…. am I weird or do others sometimes have honey on their ice-cream

Re: Icecream and honey
Never tried honey on ice-cream but will try it.
I like to leave the ice-cream container open on the sink for about 15minutes before I dish the ice-cream out.
My favourites are mango and passion fruit syrup or strawberries with chocolate ice magic.
Are you weird having honey and ice-cream no, you are not pregnant are you?

Sounds good OT will try it as I love honey ice cream. I think when God made us he left a little extra stomach for ice cream to enjoy even if you are stuffed full.

Re: Icecream and honey
Thank you all for confirming what I have quietly suspected for the past 5 decades….. I am weird
JR, you sure like some fancy brews of ice-cream…. and it needs to be runny
Mally…. sorry, I know nothing about diabetics
