Two small cans of flavoured tuna (Greenseas or Select brand). I used onion and tomato flavour. Add 1 teaspoon of crushed garlic then stir through 1/2 cup cream. Cook your favourite pasta to al dente and drain thoroughly. Stir though hot pasta and top with parmesan and cracked black pepper.

Serves two people and takes about 15mins.
