On the road at last!

Post by Hawkes Hideaway » Thu May 17, 2012 9:28 pm

This has been a long time coming but after about 12 years planning, on our 4th van we finally rented our home out and took the hand brake off and headed off on our “ONE DAY TRIP AROUND AUSTRALIA” on 1st May.
This is because we will be seeing all the places we have previously passed and said that we would see that place “ONE DAY”
we hope to meet many of you on the road some where.

Hi Leslie & Stuart,
Good luck to you two.
If our plan comes to fruition we are about 18 months behind you.
Love your use of the term “One Day Tour”.
Safe and happy travels to you.
Comments made by me (Tony) are not necessarily those of the Management (Lorraine).

Yah!!! folks
Like most people, I also use that famous phrase.

“One day, I’m a gunna “

Well happy to report that we have traveled from Brisbane to Tasmania out west to Longreach and currently in Cairns return to Brisbane after visiting Cooktown and all stops.

One day, I’m a gunna!!!! go along the Murray and then the Great Ocean Road,
Oh I’m a gunna!!! see many more great places in this great land called
AUS TRAL IA yes one day.
