These forums are great, I have learned so much and the Caravan manufacturers can’t say ” oh but we have never come across that before” … sure thing. You guys opened my eyes, I think they will have to open theirs.
We had a few minor problems, and with some persistence Windsor has done the right thing. They also have a new customer relations person who seems to be thinking about the WHOLE customer experience, not the sign off sheet at purchase. Its called the after sales care factor.
Overall we are very happy with the Windsor Genesis and can recommend it to a young family.
