Think Jeff should have been breath tested yesterday after his comments re cool mints ability to assist in preventing a positive alcohol breath test.- has he lost the plot or what????????????????

I understood his comments to mean the mints could lower your blood alcohol not your blood alcohol reading. Obviously one follows the other but if your blood alcohol is lowered, all the risks of drink driving (impairment-wise not getting caught-wise) would be lowered and that's a good thing. Not sure a simple mint can do the trick, but that's another issue.

I remember in a previous life a potential "client" sprayed his mouth with breath freshener to take away the smell of booze on his breath. Only problem was it was alcohol based breath freshener! OOPS!!!
