The end of automotive LPG from at least Moree and Goondiwind

Post by Captnlaz » Thu Jan 19, 2017 7:52 pm

Travellers with LPG powered vehicle cannot now obtain LPG at Moree, Boggabilla and Goondiwindi and surrounding areas. I tried to get LPG at both places last night and was shown a letter from the station suppliers dated three weeks ago clearly stating LPG will no longer be stocked. The attendant told me that is is happening well to the south and north of those areas due to low demand. Bad luck if you just have dedicated gas!

Hi Captnlaz,
I will have to not take the ute up there....dedicated ford lpg only. :)
I now have to note that I cannot accept owners ship, truth, quality, or veracity, of articles I may quote off the internet.

I'm dual fuel so could go on. I'd hate to be dedicated gas. The chap who showed me the letter stated that it was the end of automotive LPG in outer bush areas.

Wow, and 10 to 20 years ago, LPG was the way of the future.

Daughter in law had a dedicated gas car. Hardly anywhere you can get auto gas in the South West now.
