Hi-All, I had a post on the C.M.C.A. forum (before it died) regarding the swaying problem of Hino Buses RB145R after fitout, This is a serious problem, these buses are scary to drive. I have had my bus for 6 years & have fixed the problem. This is how we fix them..... On the imported buses the rear swaybar is 34mm in diameter, this needs to be changed to a 42mm bar. Do not raise the bus higher than original, keep the centre of gravity as low as possible, keep top cubbards as light as possible and problem no more. With my vehicle I contacted Bents Engineering who built bar & bushes & everything worked well. If anyone out there is having trouble please contact me. I will only be to happy to help.
