Bivouc Junction Caravan Park

Post by elijoh » Sun Mar 05, 2017 4:49 pm

Just had a weekend there, new owners have really cleaned the place up,$25 for a powered site, mostly gravel sites with a few slabs, really friendly and helpful staff, situated on the junction of the Burdekin and Fanning Rivers just east of Charters Towers, really impressive camp kitchen, pool and basic but clean and functional amenities, good freshwater fishing and red claw, a very laidback and relaxing site.

You had me wondering where this was in South Australia Elijoh, until I read "Burdekin and Fanning Rivers just east of Charters Towers". Looks like you picked the wrong state in error when posting. Nice to hear good news all the same.
