Hi Barry and Pam, Don’t forget the Eyre Peninsula in SA either on your way back unless you’ve been there. A little place called Venus Bay is a little gold mine.

It is the Venus Bay caravan park. I don’t fish but was given more fish than we could handle by the lovely generous “locals” there. The 3 boats in the background bring in prawns etc at outrageously cheap prices. Just down from Venus Bay towards Lincoln there was a free camp called Walkers Rocks. I’m not sure if it still a free camp now, we were only there in July last year, but you could park there on the left just before the main park and a short walk over a small sand hill and this is what you will see. It’s a very quiet little cove, we just loved it, the whole Eyre Peninsula is lovely. Don’t forget to check out the opening hours on the Haslam Post Office.

Well we are 3/4 of the way through our trip and the shower and toilet tent has worked a treat. It is so nice showering and looking up at the stars. LOL
After several attempts I got the hang of it and didnt use all our water supplies much to Barrys relief.
Barry is an expert at the folding up too, much to some observers disappointment.

So all is good. Thanks for the tips everyone. Holiday is fantastic.

Pam
