Post New Coromal weight
 Hi Guys I know this topic of van weights has been done to death but please bear with me.
I have just bought a new Coromal Element 612 the weights on the plate are as follows.
ATM 2430
Tare 1805
GTM 2295
Am I right to believe I have a loading capacity of 625kg?
Your advice would be appreciated
Bill

Hi Bill,

You are correct. Payload is simply ATM - Tare so in your case it is 2430 - 1805 = 625kg. This is quite high as most tandem axle vans only have a 400kg payload allowance. What capacity water tanks does your van have?

Cheers,
JackDriver

Thankfully some caravan manufacturers are starting to increase the load capacity off their vans instead of the ridiculars 400KG.

Cheers, Geoff

We have a Coromal Princeton and our payload is around 580kg, so you have a good payload there.
We have looked at the new Coromal. They certainly are very well presented and value for $$$$
