Re: Easy way to seperate eggs
While it looks cute and like something you'd see on a children's science show, it is not necessary when cooking.
For the serious cooks, from someone who just might know how to handle eggs
all you need to do is crack the egg and part the shell, pour out the white and hold the yolk back with the other half of the shell. No equipment needed and it takes less time than using the bottle trick, and make no extra washing up
.
Caution for any method - do each egg individually and combine with separated white and yolks when it has worked, as you may get one that is not fresh and the yolk breaks.
