we have the family coming over for dinner, so that will be nice!
cheers.... :D

When out on the road, we love the lamb cooked in the Cobb cooker with a few herbs and garlic (as above), but we do not always take it (The Cobb). What other ways are prefered for the cooking of the roast out there?

When you cook outside while enjoying the countryside, the food always seems to taste better.

I cook a roast more times in the Cobb at home than in the oven. Might do the vegies in the oven. Just tastes nicer I think.

We stab the lamb too, place garlic and rosemary in holes.Put lamb into oven bag and cook in the turbo oven. We cook in the turbo even at home especially in the summer so the kitchen doesnt get hot.......Delicious.
