Post coral trout recipe
Hi there,our son has given us a beautiful coral trout caught yesterday, I will cook it in the baby Q.for tonights feast! Im thinking chinese style, soy sauce, ginger and shallots wrapped in foil, probably 5/mins each side. yummm! any one got any other suggestions? :mrgreen:

Don't know where you are at the moment. But your profile of Port Douglas is to far away, other wise a number of us would love to share a glass of white with your Coral Trout.
Maybe next time eh!!!!

yes, beautiful Port Douglas! the trout was caught near Bat reef.
All welcome to visit sometime, just let us know when and Ill put a few bottles in the fridge....... :lol:
