Post Oven Bag Dishes on the Baby Q
I cook most dishes from scratch but when travelling it is sometimes difficult if you don't have all the ingrerdients.
Here is a great way to do some memorable meals.

I was up in Echuca last week and wen't to Ssafeways to get a few things, They had a Packetrb of ribs and a packet of pork strips marked down to 2.31 and 2.67 respetively, Ah ha I said to myself and snavelled them, I then was walking down the herbs & spices aisle and saw a paket of Masterfoods Ribs in an Oven Bag marked down to 1.60, I thought what the hell i'll give it a go.
Back at the Winnebago I cut the slab of ribs in half and put them in the ovenbag along with the pork strips and masterfood seasoning.
I fired up the baby Q and set it up for indirect (foil and trivet) Placed a foil tray on the trivet and put the oven bag in the tray. I set the Q at 3 1/2 strokes below high and cooked them for 1hr 15min. served them with some 90 second rice and a bit of green salad.
It was as good as I can do from scratch on any of my BBQs.

Maggie also have ones for lamb and chicken.

Ya gotta love all the things you can cook on the Q.

Cheers
