Golden Syrup 1 tablespoon
Eggs 5 separated
Castor Sugar 3/4 cup
Gluten free self raising flour 1/3 cup
Arrowroot 1/3 cup
Ground Ginger 3 teaspoons
Ground Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
Cocoa 2 teaspoons
Thickened Cream 3/4 cup
Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar beat until dissolved. between additions beat in egg yolks and golden Syrup. Triple sift dry ingredients, fold into mixture. Divide mixture and bake in two greased round 20 cm tins. Oven temperature 190 C. for 18 Minutes. Fill with beaten cream and dust top with Icing sugar.
