you can also add bacon too if wanted

SAUSAGE PASTA

6 thick Sausages, (more or less your choice)
250g Mushrooms, sliced
one chopped onion
1 clove garlic chopped
1 large Jar Tomato Pasta Sauce
300g Pasta
Parmesan to Serve


How to Cook:
pop sausages in a pot covered with water,and bring to boil simmer for a couple of minutes then drain and let cool
once cold slice up then fry in a pan add onions and garlic also mushrooms,when sausages are lightly browned add pasta sauce
keep warm




Meanwhile cook the pasta.

When the pasta is cooked, drain and tip into the sauce mix. Stir well until the pasta is completely coated.

Serve with a little parmesan on top. if liked
