Post by NEVILLE & TRISH » Mon Feb 25, 2019 9:18 am

Auto One has pressure packs of this paint, there are 2 cans one is a base coat the other being the glow in the dark paint and costs $40. Has anybody used this product, if so what are your thoughts?

That all sounds a bit weird & scary to me Lance.

I visited the Maralinga bomb site many years ago, long before the cleanup started and tourism kicked in – ever since, I’ve been worried about certain body parts that might start glowing  .

Dunno if they’re still doing this, but I believe there was a time when the Roads & Traffic Department in Finland used Glow in the Dark paint to mark Reindeer in order to reduce the number of night-time ‘animal strike’ accidents involving Rudolph’s Finnish Relatives!!

Now, there’s a thought – paint all the roos.

It would create a huge boost to employment and lead to a reduction in insurance premiums.

And it’d be a real hoot watching everyone on Community Service orders & Work for NewStart hopping around out there trying to paint the roos too!
