BT50 Auto

Just had my 2013 bt50 auto replaced under warrenty, would jump shifts not good towing 3t.Have only 19500k on the clock, just to let anyone know to keep in could be a problem.

For those BT50 owners who want a bit more grunt add an "R" and you will have a BTR50 of Russian manufacture.

Hi there,

A Mate has had his BT50s Auto replaced under warranty at 17,000 Kms.

He's not a "Happy Camper" & will probably go back to a Toyota.

My bt has only 45 thousand on the clock and no issues with the auto box.

105000 klms so far, 60000 of those towing 2.8 Tonne no issues yet.

Hi,

Perhaps replies can indicate how you tow with your auto, maybe a pattern will show which could then alleviate the problem, just a thought.

28000 klms so far, 12000 of those towing 2.8 Tonne in Sports Mode. No issues yet.
