Attached is a Word Doc listing issues and the destinations, in states. It really starts at Issue 67, because that's when I really got interested in C&M.
It would be great for the team to fill in the gaps and then to put it on the actual website, with updates. Perhaps they could even add in extra items such as vans tested.
