Post Walwa Caravan Park
Hi All,
We stayed at this Caravan park and it is right on the murry river. There is a boat ramp at the entrance to the park and about 20mtrs up is a very small but great sandy beach for river access. this access is used by the locals for a swim but not too many. The park is very quite, very shady (becareful due to the river gums and branches). Good water pressure. there is no facilities for children so if you are looking for a peaceful place with no frills, this is it. Very reasonably priced. the amazing thing is there are two ammenities there - one is brand new and one quite old. they are both rediculously clean!!!!!! they are cleaner than almost most other parks i have been too. The managers there are very helpful and they are pet friendly. I would go back.

Another recommendation for this park,we booked in for 2 days and ended up staying 7 days.
The owners Garry and Mary are very friendly and helpful, and there is a lot to see in the area, the shady trees are Cottonwoods and we were there when they were shedding their seed, looks like snow
Some photos of the park

Welcome and thanks for your post, you'll be able to tell many people about that park if you give Badger a report
http://acpr.myparklist.com/
That is also a great site to keep in your favourites/bookmarks to check out caravan parks you want to use.

BTW don't let the name fool you, Badger's not at all mean, his friends call him furry butt
