- The Caravan & Motorhome operates a three-strike policy. A user breaking the rules of the forum will be warned a maximum of three times within a 3-month period (rolling); any further transgressions will result in a suspension of 7 days.
The Administration team will assess the severity of transgressions and determine if the member should be permanently removed, including posts. Should this be the case, the person is permitted to apply to re-join the forum after 7 days. Acceptance of application is at the discretion of the Administration team.
Upon returning to the forum, the three-strike rule again applies to the member but any further transgression will result in a permanent ban.
The decision to warn, suspend or ban an individual will not be made public but communicated by one of the administrators via Private Message to the user.
All members can be active in how the forum runs; if you see an issue with a post or topic, you can raise the issue with Admin, Moderator, or C&M staff and it will be addressed – confidentially.
