There is a report on CF this morning of information being placed on the gates at Jurgens factory at Pakenham apparently by the Landlords Solicitor.

There have been reports over the last few weeks of the Sth African business being in a bit of bother, but that is also an on-going story.

might be a bit early to start filling the hole in! wait till so info come out maybe someone just forgot to pay the rent or the cheque is in the mail.

I hope you're right db, but it would take a few missed rents, and a lot of lost mail
to get to the stage of "Notification of Termination of Lease"
