House sit - Samford Valley Brisbane August 2014

Farm House on 3 acres in Brisbane's beautiful Samford Valley, 4km from village.
Large shady trees, shed to fit small motorhome, car or pop top (sadly not full van or high RV). Fellow residents are 1 quiet horse, 2 sooky dogs and 1 indoor only cat (cat may stay elsewhere).
Motorhome / caravan accom, water, power, wifi. Dump point 5 km away or careful use of septic system.
Free accom in return for simple duties - relax & enjoy ... feed horse, dogs & cat. (Ride-on mower, whipper snipper etc for bored handyman - but no work expected.)
Prefer horse aware sitter - horse is pony club spoilt and 'bombproof' type.
Owner (our daughter) leaves for o/s about 4 Aug returning 29 Aug.
House sitter welcome a few days early and/or stay on a few days after.
