DOMETIC FJ2200 A/C UNIT

Until I get some positive results from Dometic in regards to our new FJ2200 air conditioning unit / heater I can not recommend one to buy. The cooling works like a beauty and that was in heat wave conditions but the heating side claims it will heat to 31'c and it does not even take the chill off the air. I have been exchanging emails now for a couple of weeks and there appears to be a tend to want to blame anything else except the unit itself. I can only hope that Dometic will finally admit that the poor design of a heater element rated at 1200w simply does not work or there is a thermostat problem that no one has discovered so far.

Cobba,
I wish that we did not have a Dometic A/C. But iyt was in the van when we bought same.
Would not entertain a Dometic ever again.
